1.0 out of 5 stars Was this book proofread before it went to press?, Sep 24 2011
By Jemato - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Roach's Introductory Clinical Pharmacology (Paperback)
This book and its accompanying study guide have so many grammatical errors that I am concerned that the information I am reading is inaccurate. Even some of the answers provided in the appendix for the review questions are incorrect! This was the book chosen by my teacher so I was forced to read the material, but it was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this book to teachers, students, or anyone with intentions of actually reading it.

2.0 out of 5 stars More than a few chapters, Feb 3 2012

This review is from: Study Guide to Accompany Roach's Introductory Clinical Pharmacology (Paperback)
I assumed that this book may have been written in a few times, not chapter after chapter.
The purpose of a study guide is to search for answers you do not know, not review the possibly right answers someone else has written, In all fairness this studyguide should have been marked as being very well used, I am now in a dilema do I buy another one? do I buy a lot of white out?, or do I take a chance of being accused of plagerism?

The book was fine and it shipped great. However, when I opened it up the first couple of chapters had been written in! Not all thank goodness, but I thought I was paying for a new book, not a used.
