Shakespeare, it ain't!, Aug 9 2008
By Mark S. Crawford - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Rock Baby Rock It - DVD (DVD)
This movie is not a great movie, but it's one of those "period pieces" that takes you back to what was cool, and in style during the mid to late 50s. When movies like this were released, they were released to build on the most current fad. Like I said, it's not a great movie. Other similar movies of the time produced by Alan Freed are better, but if you're a fan of early rock and roll, you must see it. Oh, and the dancing by Kay Wheeler - it scared me!

ONE BIG CONCERT!, Dec 13 2010

I have to admit it was quite different to say the least. But I found it totally fun to watch. The bad guy that was
dancing in his underwear was funny. The acting a little lame, but so what I really enjoyed this
movie. It's like ONE BIG CONCERT at a nightclub. Oh, and the songs were really good. Go ahead and get this
one if don't already have it. Would I watch it again? You bet!

Interesting Hokem from Big D, Dec 15 2006

The best thing about this DVD is hands down, Kay Wheeler. Her incredible dance at the climax of the film is worth the price of admission alone. And where else are you gonna see the great Johnny Carroll perform "Wild Wild Women"?
