I had no idea that the CD only contained 2 songs. 2 average length songs at that. More a demo than a CD. Waste of time. Buyer beware

1. Worth it for the GREAT non-album cut.
2. A CD single is usually 2-4 songs, you got what you paid for.
3. A "demo" is a rough recording of a song, which has nothing to do with this.

This song is on heavy rotation on my iPod. Love, love Adele. This is how you write a breakup song, Taylor Swift. No sugar coating or mistaking the anger and pain in this song. GO, Adele, GO!!

This song/album is an amazing sophomore effort. This is how you write a second album. Strong, solid vocals that harken back to the old school soul singers, with the showmanship of the ladies of Motown (The Supremes, Gladys Knight). If Adele doesn't sweep at the Grammy's next year, I don't know what to think about the music industry. She's the best singer/songwriter out there and guess what? She's going to be around a long time. In 50 years, we'll still be playing her tunes, like Aretha, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, the greats!!!

WARNING to all... MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CONTENTS OF THE CD...
I did not read the contents of this CD... There are only TWO songs on it... NOT what I was expecting for $8.99... thought it was a full cd of Adele Songs... my bad for not reading before I buy... Lesson learned...

I got this one yesterday from UK amazon and...

This is a type of song that everybody should have on a cd shelf at home. Even if you are not her fan (I am not), buy it because it is a masterpiece. Everything is perfectly composed here - the lyrics, the melody, the tempo, the sadness in Adele's voice.
It is hard to believe that she is just 20 and something. She sounds much more mature here.
And she proved that you don't have to be gaga to sell thousands of cds and have an intercontinental hit under ur belt!
