I just loved Julie Cannon's novel. Repressed fifteen year-old Tammi Lynn Elco discovers her sexuality and deep-seated yearnings through a romance reading book club. An engrossing and funny read that I'm passing on to friends. Cannon knows her South and every word rings true.

I loved this book I thought it may be a little young for me when I picked it up & read the back cover but quickly got immersed in the charachters and coming of age story ,It brought me back to when I was a teen and fantasized about romance and lust but so many of us especially us girls were to afraid or ashamed to admit it to anyone and what an active imagination the main character has and so did we all....highly recomended

Tammi Lyn Elco's journey to fulfillment is laced with all the elements that makes good fiction great: memorable characters, a sumptious (southern)setting, conflict that grabs the heart, and a resolution that won't let go of it. Don't miss it.
