- Design -
First off, please understand that 'silver dollar branch' indicates the design is of a Silver Dollar tree, NOT that the decal itself is silver. Instead the coloring is more of a muted gray/beige that adds a lovely understated look to the walls of my white walls. I actually prefer the color to a shiny silver (tacky, I would believe) or against black, which might be slightly too stark against the white of my apartment.
You might have to play around with the numbering system a bit, as mine turned out just a tad different from the picture, but they also provide a few extra leaves for you to play around with. Still looks lovely.
- Application -
So simple. Just peel off the decals (like large stickers), follow the numbering system on the instructions and apply.
My walls actually consist of textured plaster over concrete. Even with the texturing, the decal applied smoothly. Even when I misplaced a sticker, I was able to peel off smoothly with no damage to the wall. Once set, just run over the decal with extra firmness (you can use a credit card or similar flat edge if you have flat walls -- I just used my hands).
- Durability -
I've only had the stickers up for about a week, so will have to check how long they last. But no sign of peeling and I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase.
