Ever since I bought my Kindle 3G I have been looking for a case to protect my investment. EBay has lots to offer, but it really is a hodgepodge of quality. One of the really nice features with this cover is the lack of a tab that wraps around the right side of the Kindle in when closed, as this tab would be annoying when actually trying to read anything while open. Another terrific feature is the way the case holds the Kindle around the keyboard: it is open at the bottom, holding on to the corners without any leather right at the base of the keys. That is a terrific asset which keeps all the keys and ports easily accessible at the bottom. The last great feature of this case is the hidden magnetic latches. They are invisible but hold the case closed beautifully; perfect for tossing in the briefcase knowing that it will not open on its own in there.I do wish there was a pouch on the flap to store loose papers or what not, but that is not a big deal. Since the Kindle slips in via the open inside at the 'spine' it is easy enough to put loose papers behind the Kindle there. This is a terrific case; I cannot endorse this highly enough for anyone who's looking for a nice, simple but elegant case. This is the one!
