This is a very complete book on herbal medecines.
She gives a description of several herbs. Then she describes how to grow an herb, and its medicinal uses, and then a few recipes. Nice pictures.
You can also find dosages for adults and children, recipes for adults and children.
She explains how to make your own herbal remedies, how to measure, how to make herbal teas, infusions and decoctions, syrups, oils, salve, tinctures and pills, and also baths, poultrices and compresses.
I made cold and cough pills and syrup. My husband has been using these remedies for three days and felt a relief right away, and was 50% better after 2 days.
And, it smells wonderfull and taste very good.
I also bought her other book Herbal Recipes for Vibrant Health and I'm also very happy with it. Those books work well together.

This book is easy to access and use. I've made two tinctures so far (my first time making natural remedies) - and they work. I used to have to buy very expensive natural treatments for two physical conditions - so I'm saving a bundle making my own. I feel confident using Rosemary's recipes.
