i bought 3 cameras for my project, and had to scrap them out into garbage bin.they are so cheap so i don't even blame the vendor, nor going to send them back for replacement. i have no one to blame for that purchase but myself. yes it works, but that cam is "10$ webcam" - it will give you 10-dollar worth image quality. , don't expect much of it. usb-1 640x480 noisy, poor color, laggy image. by the way, "night vision" they really mean "6 tiny leds to shine into your face in the night" do yourself a favour buy 20-30-40$ webcam, don't go for the cheapest option. that is sad that Amazon is allowing to sell such poor-quality stuff here, it smells like eBay.

When I attached this lighted webcam to my computer, I have to be honest, I didn't expect much. All I can say is I was greatly supprised at the quality and the look of the unit. I was even more supprised at the picture quality. I ordered it because of the lights around the lens. It does a fantastic job of putting the correct amount of lighting on my face at night while I am using Skype. Did I mention the lights are adjustable? For three times the money spent I would be happy. For wht I paid, that also included free fast shipping, all I can say is "SUCH A DEAL".

I didnt think much of the camera when I puchased it,once I recieved it,it took me a bit to find a program to check it out,once I got the camera going,I noticed at first it was blurry,then I did some setting and manually adjusted the lense at first it wouldnt move as if it was locked but I got it to move,a little grainy but nothing big,it has a clear sharp picture very fast movement,not glitchy at all,the lights have a controller,the problem I found with that is its tricky to varry the brightness,the lights are very very very bright I feel you could almost go blind with how damn bight the lights can get(Thats my only complaint,but its minor),I recieved another camera with my order and I gave the other one to a friend and she told me it works good and the light control works good and does dim and brighten as it should,and it has a great picture,Basicly:works great,good picture,great price

I'm cheap, believe me, but this cam is cheaper. If you just want a kick around USB cam for any computer in the house, this is the real meal deal. Yes, "night vision" is six LED lights - but it is cheap and works well. Why spend more?
