I have a large collection of precious material stored on just-about-obsolete media and have often wanted to transfer it to more current and durable media. This handy little combination of software and hardware made it very easy for me to do so. Set-up is quite simple, controls are intuitive and the result is very creditable.

I have recently purchased this product for my iMac and used it to tranfer video from my Hi8 tapes.After having ordered it, it arrived in 2 days. Quicker than i expected, and it did a great job. This device is absolutely great.

It was great to transfer over our VHS home movies to digital. We had a glitch however where one of the movies didn't transfer over to IDVD as it was supposed to. Still trying to figure that one out. Over all, a great product and very easy to use!
