I am not an exercise junkie, and doubt I'll ever be one. I had recently purchased the Chris Powell book "Choose to Lose" and everything looked great until I got to the exercise chapters. There is no way I'm doing that exercise program, it's just not going to happen. Started looking around and one link led to another, and I came to the book with the funny title: Running SUCKS! Had to look, glad I did. 5 minutes, that I can do! Started a week ago, promise to give it at least a month. The first day I could only do a minute at a time, but by the end of the week I was able to do the 5 minutes split into 3 heats. Hey it's not much, but it's an improvement!

The book is a quick and easy read, plenty of content with minimal fluff. Glad I bought it!

It's now been 4 weeks, and I'm still doing my 5 minutes of stairs 5 days a week. I can now go 5-6 minutes without stopping. My clothes fit better and my husband says he can definitely see a difference!

The title is totally what drew me in. This is a good common sense approach. There were some great points that sometimes you just need spelled out to you in plain english, like you can do this for 20 or 30 seconds. Just like in life - baby steps. It makes you feel like you've actually accomplished something and are working toward the bigger picture. Easy wins. I appreciate being reminded of things like get off your butt during commercials, not that we generally sit through commercials anymore, but it's a great way to not feel guilty about watching tv. Thanks for keeping it short and sweet, direct and to the point. The bonuses were also great incentive and a nice little extra push to work hard toward a goal. Who would have known that blinking can help restore vision. So far, so good. Thanks

I found this book good and very helpful. I really hate to run and do boring time consuming cardio but need to lose weight. I have about 30 pounds that I really really want to lose but have struggled for awhile. I tried to start eating healthier and cut my calories but I wasn't seeing the results I really wanted. I talked to one of my friends and she recommended Raspberry Ketone, Naturally Lose Weight, Appetite Suppressant, 250mg of High Quality Raspberry Ketone Per Capsule, 60 Ct, 100% Natural Weight Lossand High Intensity Interval Training and pointed me to this book.

I knew I needed to burn calories but I since I am not a big fan of running I certainly was interested in other options. So, this book and the HIIT methods mentioned within helped me see other ways to get a common result outside of boring cardio.

I think the title and price are mainly what sold me on the book. I figured I couldn't go wrong at that price especially since a friend recommended it.

I do think it is a bit short but it covered a lot of information and it definitely helped me so its hard to complain much but I do wish it was a bit more in depth at points.

I really enjoyed reading this book, it gave me new ideas on how to lose weight. Can't wait to get rid of all this extra weight I have been carrying around for far too long!

I've just started using these techniques and so far so good! I have such a difficult time staying consistent with exercising but thanks to this book I no longer have any excuse! For seriously less than 5 minutes I can do something good for my body to last hours! I really recommend this book as a motivating tool and also for the information inside explaining why these techniques work. This book is short and to the point and also feels as if you are speaking to someone you know which really makes i an enjoyable read. The only reason I have not given it a 5 out of 5 is because I haven't been doing it long enough to see results but I am still loving my little workout each day!

I found this book by accident one day when I was looking for some inspiration to help with my weight loss goals. I now have Morton's Neuroma in my right foot so for me running definitely sucks since there is lots of pain involved. I confess I bought the book just because the title seemed to speak to me personally. Anyway, there was nothing in this e-book that was completely new to me, but Jennifer's delivery just got me thinking and seeing things in a new way. I could picture her jumping up during TV commercials to get in some quick exercise. It made me realize that I have more time that I think I have and that I could get a very nice workout at home in a little more time it used to take me to drive to the gym. I can't say the weight is flying off but I can feel my fitness level improving--no more huffing and puffing, heart pounding when I get to the top of the stairs. I felt a little silly the first time I did the 5 minute workout she recommends, but my heart rate increased and I really worked up a sweat. It felt invigorating and gave me a happy glow for the rest of the day because it was quick and I started the day doing something proactive to advance my goal of losing weight. As others have noted, this book is not really a book but more of a pamphlet. Given the fact that it got me up and moving I feel like I absolutely got my money's worth. I subsequently download another of Jennifer's e-books based on this one.
