She's been given the chance to travel back in time and rectify her past in order to prevent World War III. The plot is amazingly convoluted: the story is even more confusing than it sounds. Too many disparate elements are thrown in: romance, computer programming, time travel, murder, space stations, maniacal military leadership and intergalactic aliens. Pike's writing shows a definite comedic flair, but nothing can compensate for this muddled maze of a novel. Ages 13-up.

This is one of the most poetic science-fiction romances I've ever read. I loved the language, the seductive beauty of it! It's a gamut of emotions tinged with the truly surreal and bizarre and has stuck with me for years... especially the thing about the full moon.... But I won't spoil it for you: you'll have to read it through to see what I mean. The ending, for me, was a real surprise.

When he wrote this book, he wrote a masterpiece!!! This was a book that I read over and over. Its a story of a boy and his first love with a evil obstacle in the way. A book with characters you will love and never forget. When you read this book, you will not forget it. You will want to go back read it again , and with a title that makes you think of it each time you tell someone , " See You Later!".

The story can get confusing but once you've read the book through, you'll understand why some things happened in the book. A very gripping story, full of computer science, Science-fiction & romance. A must-read for all pike fans & non-pike fans.
