Was excited to receive this order which is for my son who is becoming an electrician. BUT when we opened the package, the knife does not have the receptacle etching. What?! Read the back of the package, and yes, it states the blade is etched. Called SOG (not AMAZON's fault the package was deceptive). SOG stated that they are sorry that the packaging was not corrected, but hey, the etching doesn't affect the knife's usefulness. True, however, I explained that we paid for a useful knife with an etching and we did not receive what we ordered. I then asked what they were going to do to fix this situation. After a few minutes, the gentleman took my name and number and said he would get in touch when they received their order of knives that are engraved, which will take at least a couple of months. If we don't use the knife, we can exchange it at that time. Really not thrilled with this situation! And I will be very surprised to hear from them. I will update if they do call.
