I bought this just before a European tour. I didn't want to worry about ground buzzing or finding an extensions cord. I was able to get through a 3 week tour, only charging the juice box twice. Our set times were usually about 45 minutes a night. There was no ground buzz at all. It would be in your best interest to have as many of your pedals be true bypass, as that would conserve more energy on the box. If I lost it I would definitely replace it.

I purchased this power point so i wouldnt have to find power at the edge of a stage. Some venues are well equiped so its not a problem but some are not. This item gives me freedom to hook in to power anytime any where. Im a bass guitar player so i only have four pedals, but this powers them perfectly and for about 15 hrs, without a recharge. Well worth the cash.

I go to the a gig, pull out my pedal board, turn on the pedal juice, and start playing. It's much better than asking "where's the outlet", and making a big mess of cables/extension cords. I have (2) pedal juices. I use (1) to run a line 6 G30 receiver, a tuner, noise suppressor, compressor; and I use the other one to run a digital delay and a digital reverb. I can go 4hrs on a single charge; and it takes 3hrs for a full charge from a complete discharge. I have my pedal juices tucked under my Pedaltrain 2 Pedalboard With Soft Case with Power-Grip Pedalboard Velcro Alternative Pedal Mounting TapeNote 1: Only works for 9v pedals
Note 2: My 1st pedal juice (white) lost its ability to hold a good charge after 1yr, but I was fully discharging it 5 days a week.
Note 3: Glad they came out with a black model.
