Ridiculous, funny and sure to get a laugh out of anyone. Where do they come up with such foolishness?
I would recommend this series to anyone that wants some crazy funny humor.
And the Sarah Silverman Program was taken off the air ..why?

Very good show that was previously expensive to buy. This box set is super cheap and awesome. It gets funnier with repeat viewing.

Sarah Silverman is known as the fearles comedian. In that she will stand in dangerous waters to try to make a joke about the things that scare us.

While this is very risky as some people may just glance at her and portray her as these things herself. She will not shy away from issues like terrorism, racism or even the holocost.

Lessions learned from each episode that help the audience become most fearless themself with the use of humor. A must watch!

Sarah Silverman is Magic July 18 2012
By A fellow with a keyboard - Published on Amazon.com
Except for Dog Bites Man, no TV series has induced more rib-hurting laughter in me. I adore this show.

In my humble opinion, Sarah Silverman is freaking hilarious. What she says is funny, but it's *how* she says it - subtle inflections and mannerisms - that makes her extraordinarily funny.

And if you think that she is spewing vulgarities and bigotry just to get a few shock-giggles, you aren't paying enough attention. She is more morally-serious than you probably realize. She does these things to magnify absurdity--to make them ironic and dumb.

And Brian and Steve... oh my, what a pair. Other than Troy and Abed on _Community_, I haven't seen a better dynamic between two characters.

You won't find many (any?) shows as hilarious, conceptually interesting, and risky. May you make many more TV shows, Sarah Silverman.

You have to buy the box set to get season 3 which is a small bummer because I already owned season 1 and 2. BUT it's Sarah! It was worth it! Lose your ego, sit back and have fun. In my opinion The Sarah Silverman Program was the best thing to happen to tv in a long time.
just like a true genius should be Aug. 12 2014
By Frank Lopes - Published on Amazon.com
Sarah is completely "f-d" in the head, just like a true genius should be. The people who don't get this show are likely the ones being parodied. It's deconstructionist; a commentary on perception and identification, and it's sheer brilliance. So I guess it's neither she nor her fellow geniuses who are 'f-d' in the head; rather the 'status quo' whose vanilla-valued assumptions and social constructs are indicted here.
