Definitively one of the most beautiful books about dream home plans, measuring from 2723 to 8088 square feet, 101 designs, of which 57 are featured with lots of real full color photos of actual homes already built, unlike the majority of other books in which they only present about 5 to 10 real homes.Add the beauty of architectural art, and for the price you have a bargain.

Absolutley wonderful book of home plans. Numerous interior designs that are outstanding. If you call Dan Sater Luxury Home Plan Office they are the most gracious to work with.

This is a beautiful book. I love looking at floor plans so I was happy to see that every home has floor plans to view and all featured homes have beautiful photos of the finished home. Everything is in color. Wasn't expecting the book to be as heavy and thick as it is. That was a nice surprise. The pages are thick and sturdy.*This book features Mediterranean, Florida style homes. Don't buy if you're looking for a different style home.
