Book Description

2000 Harlequin temptation
Honey Malone was on the run, fleeing a dangerous predator, when she lost control of her car, drove into a lake—and found herself up to her neck in breathtaking men. After the brothers nursed her through her injuries, she tried to leave, but she hadn't bargained on their stubborn protectiveness. Or the passionate bond that tied her to Sawyer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Morgan Dec 23 2010
By Thimblina TOP 1000 REVIEWER

This is a great book, but should be read in order with the other three in this series. This author writes believable dialogue, brings her characters to life, and keeps the details in order through the four books. The erotic scenes are romantic as well, which makes them memorable. I have put all four books in my "keep and reread" shelf. I would recommend this author wholeheartedly for anyone who wants a good story with a bit of sizzle!

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow! Sep 1 2002
By Holly Fuhrmann - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Sawyer Hudson is a doctor who pulled his most recent patient out of a lake. Honey Malone is sick and she's running from something, but she won't tell him...won't let him help. And Sawyer wants to help her, not just because it's his nature, but because there's something about this woman pulling at him. He's not sure just what it is...and he's not sure he wants to figure it out. But when Honey's mystery is solve, there's just that one question left to answer. Could the answer possibly be love?

Lori Foster is an author who's stories always sizzle with sexual tension and Sawyer's story is a prime example of what she does so well!

5.0 out of 5 stars Do NOT judge this book by its cover Jun 1 2000
By Barbara O'Neill - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
The man pictured on the cover is not Sawyer Hudson. Trust me. I don't know *who* he is, but it's not Sawyer. And raspberries to the people (not the author) responsible for this cover. That aside, I want to know where these guys were when I was younger. I honestly don't know when I've had a more enjoyable time reading a book. It has caring, compassionate men (who are also as gorgeous as all get out), humor, and steamy love scenes. The one kitchen scene is worth double the price of the book. And the heroine is no shrinking violet, given to standing up to these guys and giving back in full measure what they dole out to her. All played against a backdrop of love, respect and protectiveness.

Ms. Foster has again given her readers a gem to savor along with the tantalizing prospect of more Hudson brothers' stories this summer, which could pose a problem if one needs to decide which is more important: Weeding the garden or losing themselves in Buckhorn.

5.0 out of 5 stars Don't judge the book by its cover! Jun 26 2000
By B. Young - Published on Amazon.com

I almost didn't buy this book decause the cover was so off-putting (pity the model and the clearly "starving" artist). But, my enjoyment of Lori Foster pushed me past the superficial and I loved it! Foster introduces the heroine, Honey, with the right amount of pathetic vulnerability while instilling the hero, Sawyer, with the strength and protectiveness we love to fall in love with. But as Honey heals physically, her character toughens to a delightfully strong female who is more than capable of handling 4 stong, overprotective men. Foster's romance is wickedly HOT and delicious! I fell in love with Sawyer and can't wait to do the same with Morgan, and the rest. If this series continues on the same formula, it will rank right up on top with Nora Robert's McKade Brothers! Just rip the cover off before you begin...
