Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This book was very helpful on our canoe trip on this circuit near Campbell River on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. We did the circuit in 2010 (or 2011?) with our family of 4 and another family of 3 (3 kids under 12). We took carts with us. They were useful for all but one portage. Descriptions in the book were accurate. A warning to others who might do this circuit: there are many portages, some are fairly long (about 2km, I think), especially given the short overall length of the circuit (I think we did 3-4 nights)... pack light. The circuit is fantastic however and worth the portages! Get the book, it's worth it too.
