I bought this for my mother and it honestly broke down after a week. We called Nautilus and they told me it's a common problem that could be easily fixed.
There was nothing easy about it. We had to take the base apart and had to adjust the magnet (that controls resistance) away from the wheel. The magnet was locked onto the wheel which prevented it from rotation. It took 3 hours to take the base apart. Also, adjusting the magnet required tools which I didn't have. Eventually, I just decided to return it. If it's going to break down after a week of use it's not worth it.
Do not recommend at all.

Easy to assemble. Easy to configure. Customizable routines and challenging out of the box, pre-programmed routines. Easily adjustable tension settings. Stable on the floor.
Overall, an excellent bike for the money. I would recommend it to any entry- and mid-level bikers.
My only very minor complaint about the bike is poor engineering for the control panel height adjustment mechanism. It just doesn't work and it is clumsy compared to more efficient height adjusting designs. A better option would be a spring loaded pin design. This slight oversight makes it challenging to get the panel to tilt at a preferred angle and pretty much renders useless the built-in fan. But, hey, you're on the thing to sweat, right? :)

The bike seems to be OK, the electronics did not accept a second custom install. The pedals are too narrow, and the foot strap is difficult to alter - maybe with use the rubber foot stirrup will soften.
