A New Heinlein Gone Too Soon, Aug 8 2010

David Feintuch has been described as a cross between Heinlein and C.S. Forester. I've heard that kind of thing before, but I tried out Midshipman's Hope anyway. By golly, they were right! I felt like Bob Heinlein had to be the spirit guiding Dave Feintuch's hand. I thoroughly enjoyed the book. I went right out and purchased every Feintuch book I found listed in his bibliography. I'm now in the middle of Challenger's Hope and the thrill goes on. I'm just sorry that he passed away so young. Now I will have to look for someone who will be the next Feintuch!
