This is a beautiful meditation CD. Deepak's soothing voice reading the sutras gives one a great sense of peace, and I listen to it every night before retiring for bed.This is a CD to which one has only to listen. You don't have to be in the traditional meditation pose. I highly recommend it to add to your collection.

I cannot say enough about this CD. I have read several of Deepaks book with great respect, but hearing his calming voice proclaiming the Sutras is so emotionally healing. You will not understand the sutras when you first start to listen, but phrases, then whole sutras will start to be heard and resonate with your entire being, emotions will be pulled out of you. This is THE most healing CD I have ever experienced. Brilliant! With many many thanks Deepak.

I listen to this CD most nights and have found it to be very powerful. Deepak Chopra is very gentle in delivering these messages which could otherwise seem too daunting. I highly recommend it!
