It was a gift. I haven't played it but my two friends are absolutely, obsessively in love with it so it has done it's purpose.

Overall an awesome game, works SOOOO smoothly and has TONS of extras. 5/5 solid fighting game NOT just for fans. Fans however will love it, so much attention to detail. If you like anime, fighting games, wiimote fun or all of the above get this game. :)

I'll start by telling you - as a review reader - that I'm very skeptical on any type of 3rd party gaming. Yes - I'm female. No - I don't like the color Pink. What does that have to do with gaming? I've probably been saving Zelda from Ganon before you were born. ¢'I've never been much of a fan of any franchised based games. But with Bleach teaming up with Sega - it's pretty freaking good. I'll admit I wasn't expecting all that much from a game based off of one of my favorite storylined animes. Now I'll have to call myself a hypocrite since I just bought this game (Wait! there's more!). So the graphics aren't all that spectacular, but the gameplay is pretty cool. First thing that caught me eye was (aside from the exuberant style of the anime) that you get first-hand training from Yourichi who instructs you (as Kurosaki- Ichigo) how to move well with your Zanpaktou (aka. the sword you wield). Admittedly, it wasn't all that hard to do the training session until one hits the point of releasing Bankai. Trying to 'flick' your wiimote to release Bankai, is an odd way of putting it. Try pretending that the nunchuk controller is a pebble and from the palm of your hand, give it a toss upwards - like skipping a pebble across the top of the water. The techniques for fighting make it enjoyable when you can cause critical damage, even moreso when you release Bankai. This game is probably much more fun with two players, and the game isn't all that easy, neither are the characters which actually sets it apart from most of the franchise-based games. All in all, I played this game with expecting low expectations, and came back pretty suprised.
