Mine was purchased here from Canadian Watches, and arrive within a week and in good condition. Did come with a Seiko box, watch was on a pillow, and had the warranty card. As for performance, it gains about thirty seconds a day, which as I understand it to be expected with a mechanical watch. Still much nicer than a similarly priced quartz watch from any other maker. Might even buy another Seiko automatic.
Update: The watch lost about two hours one day, and an hour the next, but today its working fine. Might be user error but haven't had the issue till this week. And seems to have trouble with the date function...no matter how many times I correct it, it either changes language or drops or adds a day. I'll report back.
