I have tried two of the Meditainment CDs and don't find that they do much for me. I have a hard time with the 'creative visualisation'. I especially found the tracks on this CD too brief to really work for me and that there wasn't much in them that pertained to the titles ('self confidence', etc). They may be great for someone else but not so much for me. I prefer the hypnotherapy CDs by Glenn Harrold. I find myself slipping into deep relaxation by the end of those tracks and I really like the positive affirmations which pertain to the subject of each CD (self-esteem, heal your body, live your life the full, etc.)

This is one of a series of CDs. This CD is one of a series that provides you with 20 minutes of relaxation in the framework of a well written story related by a female narrator with a pleasant English accent. The first half of each of 3 "stories" on the CD leads you through conventional relaxation techniques, the second half brings you into the story. Only caveat is that if you are looking for meditation in the classic sense, which involves focused concentration, this is not quite what this CD is. Rather it has 3 cuts with relaxation through a brief narrated setting - a very nice complement to meditation. (Other CDs in the series are similar, at least the ones I purchased.)
