Exactly what I was looking for,

I had a cassette version back in 1989 which I lost and really missed. I bought one for myself and one for my daughter. I will be buying another for my sister. Because of the stress we all have it is a wonderful 20 minutes of relaxation.

Edgar Cayce's Self-Hypnosis: 1 CD, 1 Hour Self-Hypnosis program takes the voodoo out of hypnosis and really helps with relaxation and focus on the things that matter to one's life. My wife and I listen to the Abundance Program section of the CD as offten as we can. The results are amazing - a relaxing 30 minutes listening, oftern snoozing while subconcious absorbs the wisdom. It has become an essential part of our lives.
