For anyone interested in Gurdjieff and the Fourth Way approach to self-transformation and spiritual awakening, this is an absolutely brilliant book. For the first time ever, breaking all taboos, an author presents a step-by-step, methodical approach which, ideally, should be experimented with in the context of a Group and in the presence of a Teacher.
