I tested the Sennheiser HD 202 set today with my PC, my stereo and my TV. The sound is very good. Good bass and nice treble. Good separation quality of sound and I am pleased with the set. I read in some reviews that the head set tends to get tight around the ears and found that to be true. I also have a solution for that. Spread the headband apart a little (or as much as you need) then take a hair dryer and heat the top of the plastic headband for about 2 minutes and then hold it under cold water for a minute or so. This eases the tension on the headband and makes them comfortable to wear even for longer periods of time. It worked for me and I am very pleased with my purchase.

These headphones provide good sound for the price but are quite uncomfortable. I have medium to large ears and after a short time using these headphones my ears hurt. My spouse has smaller ears and finds that these headphones hurt after a while and never feel like they quite fit over the entire ear.
I recommend that you spend a little more money and get the Sony MDR V6 or AudioTechnica M30 instead.

Great sound quality for the price but the fit is a bit tight to really make it a 5 star item.

Good for price. cable too long and nicer options out these days where the cable is attached to only one side. Sound quality - which is the most important thing - is quite good.

I researched a lot of headphones and for the price, they were the right choice. I use them for my mp3 and they sound good. They're light and not tight on my ears (I do have a small head). Very long cord that can be a plus when listening to a movie or music at home.
Very happy with my purchase.

I tried several more expensive headphones from other manufacturers but found the HD202s had a very nice, accurate sound with no over boosted bass. The positive reviews from other purchasers also influenced my decision. I agree that the cord for these phones is ridiculously long but not a deal-breaker.
These may not impress your friends who are into overpriced b-word phones but if you like true to life sound without spending a fortune, these are definitely worth a listen.

Pros:
Great sound - very even, especially if you listen to high quality music files
Comfortable - the cushion is great and the headpiece does not feel tight (but I do not have a large head)
Isolates sound well
High quality and does not feel cheap

Cons:
Massively long cable. I think these were designed for home use, because the cable is just awfully long. The cable holder does not help much and is too bulky

Overall 4 stars - this is a great product for a great price. I am not an audiophile but I have tried several headphones and these are very well sounding headphones. They should releases version 3 with 1/3 if the cable size though.
