If you have low libido, this book can help!! It's got loads of good, useful advice for all of us. There's so much that can be done--if you are willing to do it. Highly, totally recommended to women of all ages, along with "Good Sex"--Charlotte Kane.

Good information about bioidentical hormones written by females in the field.
It's about time we heard from the experts. So many physicians don't have a clue and don't care to learn how to help women going through mid life. I have encountered 2 female physicians, one a gynecologist, who had a dismissive attitude and were unhelpful. There is no excuse for this. Step out of the pharmaceutical indoctrination and educate yourselves so you can help your patients. Until then, it is up to the patients learn on their own.
No mention in the book about some of the side effects of the so-called "good" estrogen, estriol, they recommend, which is naturally produced only during pregnancy, like a tendency to gain weight around the middle, and causes the mask of pregnancy in some women. But all information is good; the more the better!
We need scientific studies on bioidential hormones, including the most potent estrogen, estradiol. The North American studies have been based on the synthetic estrogen, created by drug companies, often using estrogens extracted from the urine of pregnant horses. hello?
