An enjoyable read. I didn't feel I got the flavor of a "royal" tale that I expected from the title. The story is based more on mistaken identity. There are twin sheiks and both in the medical field in America. The conflict comes when the irresponsible twin gets engaged to our charming, adaptable heorine and then finds someone else. Our responsible twin hero, as usual, comes to clean up the mess. A few surprises and an enjoyable read.
