If you are researching people who lived in Casper, Wyoming in the 1800s and early 1900s, Shot Down is a must read. You may not find a relative as I did, but the discriptions of violence and customs in early Wyoming are interesting. There are shootings, domestic abuse, hangings, passion, accidents, assaults, brawls and other pleasantries. The book is available from Amazon online.
