This is a very lovely calendar. The photography is spectacular. I so however wish there would be a bit more room to write notes or if there could be an address section at the back.

I get a Sierra Club Engagement Calendar every year. The landscape and nature pictures are gorgeous, often inspiring. The spiral binding lets the calendar lie flat and there's enough space associated with each day that many engagements can be entered.

My Favorite Engagement Calendar

Although everything seems to be electronic these days, I still prefer a paper engagement calendar for my personal use. I write all sorts of things in it - appointments, vacation information, when I start yet another diet, my exercise, etc. I actually have kept several years' worth, which I can go back through and reminisce about various endeavors (sort of like a diary, without having anything too incriminating!). I purchase the Sierra Club Engagement Calendar every year (with a couple of exceptions of when I didn't, which I later regretted). The spiral binding makes it easy to flip through the pages. There is ample writing space for each day. And best of all, the photos of the animals and scenery are absolutely spectacular. (Wish I could take pictures like that!)

I support the Sierra Club's environmental efforts and I love this calendar. I have used one every year for at least ten years to keep track of a very busy professional and family schedule. It's big enough to note a lot of information, and small enough to carry in my purse. The photos are always fascinating and exquisite.

I still like to write things down .. just as I have been doing for years. I've had Sierra Club Desk Top Calendars before ... and every year, the pages get thinner and thinner. If you use a marker .. you'll see it on the other side. Very sad that the quality has gone out the window. Sure the photos are still very nice to look at but, lets use a little thicker stock. What's next .. news print, tissue paper?
