I am so glad that this was a trilogy. I borrowed the first book from a friend and after reading it had to order all three. I couldn't put them down. I loved the fact that each book focused on a different pair of main characters, giving you a chance to really get to know them all. The ending to the series is very satisfying and doesn't leave you hanging. I will definitely be passing these books along to all of my friends.

Had the book for three months, before I picked it up. I am so sorry I didn't pick it up sooner. If you like things that go bump in the night, you will love this book.

Excellent story,

This was an excellent story about three men (Cal, Fox and Gage) and a "curse" they'd been forced to deal with since their shared tenth birthday. The intriguing part about the trilogy is that each book focussed on one couple (Cal/Quinn, Fox/Layla, Gage/Cybil) with the storyline flowing and developing throughout each then ending in a nail biting conclusion. I loved that! Plus the reason for each of the women appearing in the mens' lives was reasonable - it didn't come across as contrived and/or forced. Same with the relationship development, things were written so each relationship developed naturally without seeming forced. Very cool way to write a trilogy with an interesting storyline, well developed characters, all wrapped up in intrigue with a wee bit of horror in there for some extra spice.
