I love Tori Amos and I own 90% of all of the known Tori Amos singles. Tori has 3 versions of "Silent All These Years" and I have 2 of them. I based my buying of CD number 3 on Jose's review with the included track list. Im now in the process of sending the CD back because it has the wrong tracks. Amazon will not remove the misleading material and told me to write this review.
These reviews are sometimes published on multiple webpages and some have no track list as part of the webpage. The tracks are given in the reviews and this can be misleading. Jose is not wrong about the songs on the cd. I hope someday to hear the same songs that he hears with the same joy he gets. His review, in some cases, is on the wrong webpage and Amazon needs to get the webpages sorted out. Until then ask the seller before buying or cross your fingers that your getting the right item.

I used to own this single; it's one of the many that was stolen when my whole collection was, back in the late '90s. It's a good one, though; I give it four stars for the quality of the songs alone. 'Silent All These Years' was the song that introduced me to Tori way back in '92; I'm a first generation Toriphile, unlike most of you youthful whippersnappers out there. I won't give it five stars because two of these are album tracks and one of them, 'Upside down,' is available on another, more generally accessible single release. Thoughts, however, is tough to find; I don't think it's even going to be on her upcoming boxed set. Oh, well; since I'm a fanatical completist, I guess I'll have to order this one tomorrow. C'est la vie.

The artwork is just beautiful. there's a beautiful picture of Tori inside and the lyrics of all the four songs. That live version of Happy Phantom is the best I've ever listened to. It's probably one of the rarest limited singles Tori has released. Glad it's part of my collection.
