This difficult to find recipe book arrived in great shape! No evident wear. Thanks, I've used several recipes already!

Simple Treasures is Terrific Dec 24 2012
By Kathryn - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I love, love, love this cookbook. What a refreshing and delightful treat to learn about this extraordinary and accessible cuisine. The recipes are inspired without intimidating - leaving loads of room for input and interpretation. This is a chef that doesn't "sweat the small stuff" and invites one into their passionate and creative kitchen. If you are looking for some interesting dishes that use game or you just want an exotic twist to such standards like meatballs this cookbook has something for everyone. I get the sense that the authors of this cuisine are the "hip" dinner guests that everyone wants at the top of their lists!
