Format: Paperback
This is not just a hockey book, although for hockey coaches, how better than to sit down with the best coaches North American hockey has ever seen and learn strategy and philosophy. How important is motivation, how do you build a team identity or a winning tradition, and are you willing to sacrifice your values for a win? As a businessman and a hockey fan, I found great insights in this title that apply on the ice, in the dressing room as well as in the cubicle, in the boardroom and on the street. For hockey fans and hockey coaches, this is a must. For life coaches, and we are all life coaches, there is much in here for you as well. I can't recommend this book highly enough.

Great Idea to interview some really good coaches. You can read about their coaching styles and approaches to certain situations, especially when it comes to dealing and managing players
