I bought a Julia Child Cookbook then I had to buy a proper omelet pan and this was it. I have seen comparable pans selling for a lot more money. I was flipping omelets in no time. I love it.

This is from the "budget" line of Calphalon products, but don't be fooled. This is head and shoulders above other, similarly priced products. Heavy stainless steel, good for many years of faithful usage. I can't recommend any other brand over Calphalon. They make my breakfast every single day and clean up beautifully.
