About the Author

Natasha Kyssa has been following a raw vegan lifestyle since 1990. She is a former international fashion model and TEDx speaker, and now runs SimplyRaw, a healthy lifestyles consulting company, and SimplyRaw Express, a vegan restaurant in Ottawa. AND in a clear and concise manner.

You will follow the path of the detox (and please do not be afraid of the word - think of it as a cleansing of your inside body, just as you would cleanse the outside of your body).
Every rule is laid out in a manner that aids in the overall programme. And many tips, tricks and helpmates are gently offered for your use.
After you have followed this course you will find yourself returning, again and again, to one aspect or another.
You will want to give this book to your best friend, your mother, your sister. And have a few around the house so you do not have to chase your copy down.
Its called a detox manual. But really, its a manual for life.

I highly recommend this book. I transitioned to raw foods about 7 months ago and felt a bit lost with all the information that was out there (internet). I made a few searches and found Natasha Kyssa. I'm from the Ottawa region so I was lucky to get to meet her. She is a beautiful, vibrant and very knowledgeable person. She answered all of my questions and more. I got her book and read it in one day. This book is excellent! I always have it handy and refer to it all the time. The recipes are absolutely delicious and easy to make.
I also did the 28 detox program and this is great for gradually getting all those years of accumulated toxins out of the body. I feel great now, and I have adopted a raw lifestyle ...for life! For me this is the perfect manual if you want to embarque on a raw journey and take your health into your own hands. I decided to go all the way(raw) in a short period of time because my health wasn't too good but this is something that you can gradually start, I guarantee that you will feel great and energized in no time.

Ms. Kyssa has managed to provide, in a well written, easy to follow and relational way,a manual which can only improve one's health and outlook on life. Having read the book I subsequently took the twenty eight (28) day Detox course and was astonished by the correlation between what was written in the Manual and my own body's reaction to detoxification.

This is certainly not a piece of work that was written lightly or by someone devoid of knowledge of the human body, the stressors that it is subjected to nor the body's own functioning detoxification mechanisms.

Again I would highly recommend the Manual, and if feasible, taking the course.
Of course, improving one's health and outlook on life would have to be a prerequisite for doing so.

I have been following @simplyraw on twitter for a while, lots of tweets are inspiring and some are about food, mainly great pick, that makes you want to “eat” your laptop or at list find a recipe, however, couldn’t find them, anyway, to make a long story short, here is why you should get her book.
I have been almost a year now raw vegan except weekends, then only vegan,
Anyway, I have decided to get a body cleanse, but wanted food and drink based only, in another words, didn’t want any supplements, peels etc.
On my search I have found Natasha Kyssa @simplyraw book and I was extremely surprised.
For a long time I couldn’t figure how raw living can be simple, yet, this book, was an eye opener, helped me overcome some challenges of specific food making that I was holding back, just cause it sounded so complicated, such as grain rejuvelac, seed cheese etc.
I did one week cleanse as the program offered, easy to follow, even easier to plan, and the best part, made my raw living even simpler.
So if you really want to take your body to the next level, here is the kea.
