Sit 'n Go Strategy: Expert Advice ...,
This review is from: Sit 'n Go Strategy: Expert Advice for Beating One-Table Poker Tournaments (Paperback)
Moshman has written one of the most accessible and readable poker books published to date. He delivers some math but doesn't get bogged down in poker theory and math like Sklansky and Harrington tend to and he delivers concepts and strategies that are easy to remember and to apply in the heat of battle. He lays out strategies for the sit 'n go progression very well, and clearly outlines how to make adjustments for your opponents. The hand samples are excellent, especially the ones where he shows how to play the same hand differently depending on position, stack size and opponents. Before reading this book I had pretty good success at sit 'n go tourneys, but now I have a greater understanding of strategies for different situations and the confidence to attack higher stakes tables.

This was a great book. Easy to read. Enough information without getting heavily into the math, but with enough math to explain the concepts.A good investment for people playing SNGs.
