Great watch but a little large. Dec 17 2010

This is a very nice watch, titanium with a carbon fiber accent. I wanted a larger face since I'm getting old and have trouble reading smaller watches. Well this one covers a large part of my wrist. I guess I will get used to it.

The finish on the watch looks great. It is very thin and the band is very comfortable once you get it adjusted. The clasp takes a little time to figure out but after several tries I think I have it down.

Skagen March 3 2012
By Giovannie Ortiz - Published on
When you buy Skagen you are buying the high end of the middle class watch industry. It's known to be thinner than most watches on the market. It's very durable and it comes with a descent warranty from factory. Ultra light yet somewhat big. Looks expensive and feels expensive too. Most people assume Skagen watches are super rare and high class. Well, they are right about the class.

Nice watch but huge face Jan. 16 2013

I like Skagen watches... a lot. We gave this as a gift and while it looks nice, it is HUGE. It turned me off a little, but maybe some people like bigger watches. Just thought someone would like to know.

Great Watch! Feb. 19 2012

I absolutely love this watch and it's the perfect watch for daily wear. It's replaced my other watches even for occasions where I've had to dress up a bit. Only downside is that I cannot see the time in the dark.
Crappy wristband/clasp Jan. 31 2014

I've had this watch for a year now. It's a beautiful, sleek, thin watch. However, the mesh wristband is terrible. The little mesh chains come undone and then get caught on clothing or anything else a small metal hook can latch itself onto. They are sharp as well, so it's not a pleasant experience to wear.

The clasp, under the wrist, also gets sharp and scratches easily from placing your wrist on various surfaces. When speaking to the company, they'd replace the wristband for $40, almost half the cost of the watch. I'm looking for alternative wristbands because I like the look of the watch (also why it is a 2-star rating) but it may be more trouble than it's worth.
