This is by far one of the best films of 2011 along with 'The Artist' and 'Hugo'! The acting, directing and writing in this film come together beautifully. Antonio Banderas is at his best that I have seen him in this film. The characters and plot have a lot of depth and the movie as a whole is like a puzzle with probably one of the most shocking plot twists I have ever seen! I absolutely recommend everyone see this. Just as a small warning, the film is subtitled as it is a spanish film and some scenes are graphic.The technical side of this film is superior to many other films! The cinematography is beautiful. I think it was a HUGE mistake for Spain to snub this movie for their Spanish film pick for the foreign language category at the Oscars. This movie is flawless! 100% recommended.
