I liked this workout a lot. However, if you feel you need a lot of guidance from an certified trainer, this video is not for you. Rory and Kim do not profess to be trainers, but are real women who want to stay in shape and have fun. You feel like you are working out with friends, so there isn't a lot of instruction on how to do the poses, but I found I could keep up just by watching them.

Mainly what I liked about this video was that it was super-motivating. Lots of encouragement from Rory and Kim, and that was really helpful, especially during the killer ab routine! This video isn't for everyone, but if you don't need a lot of cues, and are good at picking up routines quickly, as well as like the funky city-girl vibe, this may be the video for you.

I think that this DVD is great. I normaly dont exercise at all and am not in shape at all. So I bought this DVD just before Christmas thinking that it would help me start off my "Get Healthy" new years resolution. In this DVD the routine is a mix of weight lifting and cardio with a warm up and cool down and a bonus ab workout. I found there was a great progression from easy to difficult depending on your fitness level. Also I found Rory and Kim's tough love approach was great motivation to keep going with the routine and get healthy!

My friend and I have been working out for 9 months together now and we like to try new workouts and we agreed - this is the WORST workout video we have done. Not only was the workout not challenging, it was not fun, the hosts were annoying with all their talking, they did not announce the moves well, nor does the video show the moves until they are half way through. We bought it, tried, and now the video is going to the donation bin.

I love love love this workout. The interval training is well done - the cardio is really strong and then the weight training in between levels is a nice break from the cardio but you are still working hard and sweating. Kim and Rorey really are funny thought out this DVD - when they have their little bantering and conversations it makes the workout more fun and enjoyable! This is my favorite Skinny Bitch DVD

Popped this DVD in once and haven't used it since. It's too much chatter from the main gal, and I had to turn it off as the "b" word was used constantly.... not recommended if you have kids in the house. Definitely would not buy from this again.. certainly isn't boot camp and the way the gals talk to you is immature and almost derogatory. Don't waste your money on this one.

I bought this DVD thinking it would really help me.. ouahhhhh I wasn't even able to do it all mainly because the 2 girl are so annoying and boring.. and even the exercices aren't what I seek for. Instead, I clearly recommend you the 30 days shred form Jillians... you worth your money... and Loose wight Has me.. seriously... take it for $$$$.

Hopefully it help you!

I was disappointed by the dvd. I found the two ladies to be inexperienced in knowing how to do the moves properly and i found it hard to follow the routines. I would not recommend this dvd for people who know about exercise, it may be okay for beginners. They should stick to writing books. Julie
