I liked this workout a lot. However, if you feel you need a lot of guidance from an certified trainer, this video is not for you. Rory and Kim do not profess to be trainers, but are real women who want to stay in shape and have fun. You feel like you are working out with friends, so there isn't a lot of instruction on how to do the poses, but I found I could keep up just by watching them.Mainly what I liked about this video was that it was super-motivating. Lots of encouragement from Rory and Kim, and that was really helpful, especially during the killer ab routine! This video isn't for everyone, but if you don't need a lot of cues, and are good at picking up routines quickly, as well as like the funky city-girl vibe, this may be the video for you.

What a waste of money!,

Don't waste your time!If you want to work out and achieve results, this video will not do it for you. Sure the instructors look skinny but they are sluggish and do not behave in a motivating manner. The camera does not follow the instructor so you miss seeing how to safely perform the exercise. The routines are minimal. The only exercise you'll get may be getting off the couch to turn it off!

My friend and I have been working out for 9 months together now and we like to try new workouts and we agreed - this is the WORST workout video we have done. Not only was the workout not challenging, it was not fun, the hosts were annoying with all their talking, they did not announce the moves well, nor does the video show the moves until they are half way through. We bought it, tried, and now the video is going to the donation bin.
