I love all of the William W.Johnstone western series, I have just about all of them.I was very excited when book two of the the eagles series came out on Aug 1.
This has got to be the bottom of the barrel. a total Failure in reader connection
No where near the quality of the other books.
The story is ok but there is no connection with the reader. Even when you have a character you already know and love, you should still evoke some kind of emotion. it is like reading a new story. this is what happened and no personal connection. What happened to the quality of work that is expected from a William W.Johnstone novel.
