I have been using this CD for about a week now, and have found that I have always fallen fast asleep QUICKLY.

The first night I tried it, I fell right asleep, but I had a restless night after that...so I was a bit disappointed.

The second night, was much better, I fell asleep FAST, and seemed to stay asleep...that is what I was looking for! I have not heard the end of the CD yet, I seem to fall asleep very quickly...I was amazed! It has worked well ever since that 2nd night, and I am glad that I gave it a second chance.

One of the affirmations that I really appreciated was the "YOU ARE SAFE AND SECURE" , my husband works midnight shifts and I am alone at night...although I have always been quite good at staying alone, this added affirmation, made me feel more secure, and could possibly contribute to my sleeping right through the night.

I find the English accent very soothing, but my parents are both from Scotland, possibly the accent makes me feel like I am a child at home again??

I have used headphones while listening to this CD, and it is so strange because the voices and affirmations, start in one ear, and slowly transfer over to the other side...it is almost hypnotic. I really like it, and I think that using that technique is something that is lulling me into such a deep sleep so quickly.

The CD, has 2 tracks, the first is to help you sleep well, and get to sleep. The second is a track designed to help you have dreams that aid in problem solving...I have not listened to that track yet, but I am sure that it would be great as well. (my reason for buying this CD was to get a relaxing sleep, and to aid in shutting off my never ending mind...that was my problem...I could never shut off the internal chatter!)

I really enjoy this CD, and recommend it highly!

I am extremely happy with this CD. I have used various relaxation tapes and now CDs and they sometimes worked. I can count on Deep Sleep Every Night working, as long as I stay focused on the CD and don't let my mind wander. I've never heard the end, since I'm sawing logs by then! I've ordered a couple more of Harrold's tapes to see if they work as well!

I have a small collection of relaxation/sleep tapes and CDs and this one is probably my favorite. I agree with one reviewer about the speaker's English accent, but one very quickly habituates to the accent and actually, it becomes very pleasant and part of the whole relaxing experience. This CD helps me get to deep very readily, as promised. Very good!
