Book Description

July 2 2013
John's art is also popular on puzzles, needle art, greeting cards, prints, and gifts.

Every season is lovely in a thousand ways, and nowhere more so than in John Sloane's beautiful paintings. In his art, he celebrates the breathtaking splendor of each change of nature, from winter's frosty brilliance and spring's sudden greening to summer's bold wildflower display and autumn's golden radiance. Firmly set in a bygone era, his exquisitely detailed paintings at once inspire anticipation for nature's next display and longing for when life was simpler.

Full-spread monthly grids at the front of the John Sloane's Country Seasons 2014 Weekly Planner Calendar are followed by weekly spreads that feature John Sloane's wonderfully detailed paintings on the left and weekly planning pages on the right. Adding to the functionality of this beautiful calendar are the spiral binding and pockets inside the front and back covers for storing notes and reminders.

This calendar is great quality and has the features I need. It is sturdy with heavy paper. It has pockets in the front and back and there is a different picture for every day.

Love nature and all the beauty it gives to us living on this beautiful planet (and this totally for free, everything for 0,00 euros...). It's nice to be remembered of all this beauty while planning, "agendaing" on the bizzy moments of life. The paintings of John Sloane reflect in a lovely way the changes and at the same time the everlasting return of things on this planet.

Lots and lots of pictures and the arrangement is exactly the way I like it. I use it for a diary and garden notes as there a nice usable space allotted to each day. The quality is very good and it will hold up under daily use. I love John Sloane's artwork.
