I can't even tell you how happy I am to have bought this book. It was a project of mine to make every single recipe in a cookbook without changing any ingredients, and I picked up this one. I've made probably 30 of these so far and not one of them has failed to impress. There is a picture for every recipe which I think is essential, plus the book takes you to higher levels of taste with ingredients that the average person doesn't use without being especially costly. Definitely a lucky find, and I recommended it to all my friends.
