Excellent text for veterinary students

I love this book! As a 4th year vet student, it is a great reference to supplement lecture material. Our class notes are quite basic and lacking in images. For learning small animal surgery (where you MUST be able to visualise a procedure and not just read and recite the steps), this book really helpful because it clearly but concisely describes the techniques AND has loads of COLOUR photographs and drawings to refer to. Everything makes much more sense when you have a clear picture of what the steps that you're reading about actually look like. It is a great reference text and I definitely recommend it to other vet students.
