I am a graphic designer and I needed a program to help me organize my projects and track progress. Since I am the only user, I didn't want to invest a lot of money on software containing a bunch of bells and whistles that I don't need. TurboProject was the perfect solution.Learning how to use the software takes patience and I would recommend going through the tutorial. There are still a lot of options that I don't need or I don't understand how to use, but I have been able to master the areas that are useful to me.
I highly recommend this product for individuals who enjoy organizational tools and just need basic features for managing projects. It also helps to be software savvy.

Having been in the project management business for over 25 years I wanted a project management package that I could use to manage maintenance personnel and activities at a 1600 unit community. Turbo Project fits the bill with ease. The program is so easy to use that a complete novice can be up and running a simple project in only a few minutes. The fact that the instruction manual in only 4 pages long might seem frightening to new users but the inputs are so intuitive and the drop down menus so inclusive that the learning curve is very short. There are also numerous tutorials on line to resolve any questions. Over the years I've used Primavera P3 and Expedition ($3500 each), MS Project ($900), Suretrack Pro ($1200) and other similar software. Unbelievably, for $13 you too can have a powerful project management program that rivals the features in these titans. The ability to immediately flip between org chart, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation modules allows the user to quickly develop a project plan that is robust and comprehensive. Editing and updating data fields is a simple matter and refresh times for the revised project file are almost instantaneous. Project files can be emailed to team members for review and the various presentations modes should accommodate most users. Deal of the century!
