Sniper One is a fantastic movie which accurately depicts the life of a sniper in South America. Billy Zane does an excellent job of playing a government desk employee. Sniper Two has much more action and a new twist around every turn. Tom Berenger does a tip-top job. He is cinema gold in this amazing movie. Sniper 1 and 2 are my favorite movies of all time. A must see for everyone!

The first sniper film staring Tom berenger as Thomas Beckett who is a professional army veteran and sniper and also staring Billy Zane as Richard miller who has won an olympic gold medal as a marksman, they are both assigned on a covert mission deep in the south american jungle to eliminate a notorious colombian drug cartel but all sorts of problems happen. The film is more like a psychological thriller and drama with a few great action scenes like when Miller first arrives in a hellicopter and almost gets gunned down. Its obvious that these two films are low budget but they were made very well with an inteligent story, the second film takes place in the Balkans on a dangerous rescue and assassination mission with a deathrow inmate, seargent Thomas Becket who is retired goes on a final mission this time the film has more action scenes to it than the first which I thought was O.K. but not as good as the first film. There were no stealth manouvering and it seems like they just wanted it be more like a standard action film, now if you don't like straight to video action films then you shouldn't even think about getting these films but if you do then I deffinently recommend these two as both of these films are entertaining in their own way.

Sniper 1 & 2, Jun 8 2011
By Robert Riggs "The Music Connection Wholesale" - Published on Amazon.com
Movie synopsis Sniper: Sergeant Tom Beckett finds himself saddled with an inexperienced partner on a dangerous assignment to track down and eliminate a Colombian drug lord. As they stalk their prey deep into the jungles of Panama they each recognize a version of himself in the other and hopefully will use that to their advantage before time runs out.
Sniper 2: Tom Berenger reprises his role as Sergeant Thomas Beckett in this sequel to the 1993 action/thriller. This time around, Beckett is paired with B.J. Cole (Bokeem Woodbine), a death row inmate on a suicide mission to the Balkans. Their objective: take down a general accused of running "ethnic cleansing" missions. But when Beckett discovers that he's merely a pawn in a larger scheme, he stops following his original plan, and the bodies begin to pile up.
