They are growing up,
By Datura (Toronto) - See all my reviews
This review is from: So Jealous Uni #'s (Audio CD)
Being a fan since "The business of art" their first major album, its fun to hear their voices grow up. What I liked about So Jealous the most is the melding of the two previous sounds, the more punk "If It Was You" and the folk/rock of "The Art of Business" its creates a sound that is unique to these sisters, which is what music is about. The lyrics are simple yet always stick out and seem to take you into their world. Overall, this is a must buy, the best album of 2004 so far for me personally.

Canadian Duo does it again!,

This review is from: So Jealous Uni #'s (Audio CD)
I've been a fan of Tegan and Sara since their first album, Under Feet Like Ours. I've followed them through This Business of Art, If It Was You, and now onto So Jealous. With each release Tegan and Sara have taken things to a new and different level. So Jealous has such a great mix of slower songs for a quiet night, and songs that you just can't help but move your body to. For me, Tegan and Sara are one of the best bands that you've never heard before, and this album takes them one step closer to being an album that everyone is talking about. Their live shows are equally as impressive as their album, and if you have the chance, you should definitey pick up a ticket when they are in your area!

Canada's best kept musical secret....,
By A Customer
This review is from: So Jealous Uni #'s (Audio CD)
'So Jealous' is, without a doubt, Tegan and Sara's most solid release to date. From their first release 'This Business of Art' to 'So Jealous', their music has done nothing but evolve. No matter what your musical preference, you'll come to enjoy the catchy melodies and lyrics the Canadian sisters offer up. If you get a chance to see them perform live, do it because their music and on-stage banter is highly entertaining.
