Fake Product and Terrible Customer Service,

I was hoping that this would actually be a real Flip Flap, however it was not. Not only does this plant not even move like it should, the company also took over 13 business days to refund my money.I would avoid buying from this EXTREMELY sketchy company if you can. My friend also ordered something from them, and it was also broken and a fake product. I'm not quite sure why Amazon is allowing sellers like this to continue selling on Amazon.
