With marginal interest, I bought this book, in mere hopes of passing time. However, as I read, my excitement amplified. By providing daily exercises leading to personal insight, Isabella allows one to evolve greatly to an amazing person, that is, one who gains motivation, accomplishments, and ultimately, happiness. I would reccommend this book to anyone who has an insatiable desire to live life up to its full potential, in contrast of just going through life's motions.
